J.Garcia is responsible for the overall company strategy and manages the Marketing and Sales department.
He has 20 years of experience in materials and surface engineering technology. During his professional career he hosted different positions in technology, marketing, sales and general management. Before acquiring Peyer AG he was a member of the Sulzer Corporate Management group and hosted the position of Executive Vice President of the Sulzer Metco division. He has a global knowledge of many industry segments and a lot of experience dealing with different cultures around the world.
He has been living in various European countries and in addition to his Spanish mother tongue can express himself articulately in English, French, German and Portuguese.

Armando Salito is Head of Technology taking responsibility for Alhenia´s operations and for optimising the future contribution that R&D makes to the company growth.
He began his career at the Research Centre of Plasma Physics in Geneva and afterwards joined the R&D department at Plasma Technik AG where he had the first contact with Vacuum Plasma Sprayed coatings for medical applications. He is one of the pioneers of the bio-compatible coatings applied on medical implants. Throughout his professional career, he has acquired comprehensive experience in the field of medical surface engineering coatings and enjoys an industry-wide reputation as key expert in this field.
Armando Salito has an international background and speaks English, French, Italian and German fluently.
